For the first time ever, you are invited to take your seat in the dining hall of Schackenborg Castle and enjoy a gourmet dinner at the very heart of this historic estate.
For a limited period, from 23 January to 28 March 2026, our gourmet restaurant leaves the Slotskro and moves into the castle itself for guests booking a gourmet stay.
Be embraced by calm, elegance and genuine hospitality within these historic walls, illuminated by the soft glow of the old chandeliers, while the rich aromas of the winter season fill the castle.
Here, everything we cherish most in our kitchen is gathered in a single experience: local ingredients, the depth of seasonal flavours, and a culinary expression that unites tradition, refinement and classic techniques.
Each course tells a chapter of the story of the Wadden Sea, the marshlands, Møgeltønder and the ingredients our head chef holds dearest.
