Guided historical tour of Schackenborg Castle on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday at 1:30 PM. (For arrivals on Friday, the tour is on Saturday). Dive into the castle's fascinating history with a private guide who will take you through the beautiful halls and tell the exciting stories that make Schackenborg Castle something very special. From today, when Prince Joachim and Princess Marie still use the castle as their second home, and hear about 1661, when new dramatic events in Danish history led to a war hero coming to Møgeltønderhus and transforming it into Schackenborg Castle.
