The castle garden looks its most beautiful in the summer, and in the beautiful park is Herskabsstalden with an informal brasserie, where we wanted to create an oasis where all ages can enjoy a while.
The brasserie is charmingly furnished with beautiful furniture classics designed by the famous Hans J. Wegner, who was born in Tønder in 1914. The food is simple, but extraordinarily delicious and homemade using high-quality local ingredients grown and raised in Southern Jutland. In the afternoon you can enjoy refreshments, coffee and cake from our own confectioner as well as ice cream, while the menu from 17.30 contains three starters, three main courses, three desserts and children's dishes.
The manor stable also offers a beautiful setting for private events and corporate events.
