Seasonal ingredients are the starting point when our ambitious kitchen pampers the taste buds with 2-4-course menus. Local ingredients such as Wadden Sea lamb, oysters, Rømø shrimp and marshland pigs find their way to our menu throughout the year, and the taste is influenced by the grass and herbs that the animals eat in the marshes by the Wadden Sea. We love local, and at the same time we also have an international outlook, which we combine in our cuisine.
