After breakfast and the final Sunday check-out, our dedicated team takes a well-deserved break – which is why our restaurants are closed all day Sunday and on Mondays. We reopen on Tuesday at 2:00 PM, when the first service is coffee and home-baked pastries. Lunch is served Wednesday to Saturday from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
In the heart of Schackenborg Castle's enchanting garden, you will find the old Manor Stable, carefully transformed into an atmospheric space for gastronomy and genuine presence.
With Schackenborg Castle as a neighbour and the Castle Inn just alongside, the surroundings are both historic and truly one of a kind.
The interiors are defined by Hans J. Wegner's iconic furniture classics, which lend the space a timeless, modern elegance and a calm atmosphere – the perfect setting for deep conversations and equally memorable flavours.
Herskabsstalden is open seasonally. Outside the season, we direct guests to the Castle Inn. However, it is possible to book private events such as weddings and meetings at Herskabsstalden throughout the year.
