The Schackenborg Castle Inn is founded on the finest seasonal ingredients and a strong, loyal sense of place. Ingredients such as Wadden Sea lamb, oysters, Rømø prawns and marshland pigs naturally find their way onto our menu throughout the year, bringing flavours shaped by the grasses and herbs the animals have grazed on in the marshland of the Wadden Sea National Park.
